Have you had a complaint filed against you or your business?
If someone has filed a human rights complaint against you or your organization, some important things you should do are:
- Read the complaint form carefully
- Ask the human rights officer any questions you have
- Think about ways to solve the problem, if a problem does exist
- Gather information and identify witnesses
- Work closely with Commission staff to ensure they have all the information they need
