Have you had a complaint filed against you or your business?

If someone has filed a human rights complaint against you or your organization, some important things you should do are:

• Read the complaint form carefully
• Ask the human rights officer any questions you have
• Think about ways to solve the problem, if a problem does exist
• Gather information and identify witnesses
• Work closely with Commission staff to ensure they have all the information they need
