Policy Review

Approximately 80% of complaints accepted by the Commission originate at the workplace. To assist Nova Scotians reduce the frequency of workplace discrimination, the Commission offers support to small, medium and large organizations seeking to develop or improve their workplace policies. We offer consultative feedback on human rights policies and issues that might arise.
