Parties Reach Settlement in Human Rights Complaint

Melinda Daye and Dollarama Inc. have reached a settlement in Ms. Daye’s human rights complaint against the company.

The settlement means the independent human rights board of inquiry in the matter, scheduled for Thursday, May 15, will not proceed.

Ms. Daye alleged Dollarama Inc. discriminated against her because of her race and colour.
