Parties Reach Settlement in Human Rights Complaint

Nicole Brown and Bluenotes have reached a settlement in Ms. Brown's complaint against the company.

The settlement means that the independent human rights board of inquiry scheduled to begin on Wednesday, January 21, will not proceed.

Ms. Brown alleged the company discriminated against her because of her race and colour, when she was shopping at the store in Dartmouth.
