Independent Human Rights Hearing Begins February 3

An independent human rights board of inquiry in the matter of David Ladouceur vs. Irving Shipbuilding Inc., will begin on Tuesday, February 3.
Mr. Ladouceur alleges the company discriminated against him because of his ethnic, national or aboriginal origin while he was employed there.
The board chair for the hearing is Dennis James, who is independent of the Nova Scotia Human Rights Commission.
The hearing will begin at 9:30 a.m. at the Best Western Chocolate Lake, 250 St. Margarets Bay Rd, Halifax. It is open to media and members of the public.
