Independent Human Rights Hearing Resumes May 30

An independent human rights board of inquiry in the matter of Pascaline Ngweniform vs. Wal-Mart Canada Corp. will resume on Friday, May 30.
Ms. Ngweniform alleges Wal-Mart discriminated against her because of her race, colour and her ethnic, national or aboriginal origin while she was employed there.
The board chair for the hearing is Benjamin Perryman, who is independent of the Nova Scotia Human Rights Commission.
The hearing will take place by video conference at 10 a.m.
