Independent Human Rights Hearing Resumes March 29

An independent human rights board of inquiry in the matter of Sherri Borden Colley vs. The Source will resume on Saturday, March 29, in Halifax.

Ms. Borden Colley alleges The Source discriminated against her because of her race, colour and gender while she was shopping at the store in the Elmsdale Shopping Centre.

The board chair for the hearing is Eric Slone, who is independent of the Nova Scotia Human Rights Commission.

The hearing will begin at 9:30 a.m. at the Best Western Plus Chocolate Lake Hotel, 250 St. Margarets Bay Rd.
