Independent Human Rights Hearing Resumes April 15

An independent human rights board of inquiry in the matter of Sherri Borden Colley vs. The Source will resume on Tuesday, April 15.

Ms. Borden Colley alleges The Source discriminated against her because of her race, colour and gender while she was shopping at the store in the Elmsdale Shopping Centre.

The board chair for the hearing is Eric Slone, who is independent of the Nova Scotia Human Rights Commission.

The hearing will take place by video conference at 2 p.m.
