Human Rights Hearing Adjourned

An independent human rights board of inquiry in the matter of Pascaline Ngweniform vs. Wal-Mart Canada Corp. has been adjourned.

Board chair Benjamin Perryman, who is independent of the Nova Scotia Human Rights Commission, granted a request for adjournment today, December 16. New dates for the hearing will be announced prior to it reconvening.
