Disability Rights Board of Inquiry to Resume to Discuss Remedy
The independent human rights board of inquiry in the matter of Beth MacLean, Sheila Livingstone, Joseph Delaney and Disability Rights Coalition of Nova Scotia vs. Province of Nova Scotia and Nova Scotia Human Rights Commission will resume to discuss a remedy on June 6 in Halifax.
The board chair for the hearing is Donald C. Murray, who is independent of the Nova Scotia Human Rights Commission.
The hearing will begin at 9:30 a.m. at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Halifax-Bedford, 980 Parkland Drive, Halifax.
The proceedings will be livestreamed on this webpage. No recording of the hearing will be available following the proceedings.
