We are currently accepting applications for two positions on our Race Relations, Equity and Inclusion team!

The Mi’kmaq/Indigenous Liaison/Education Officer is responsible for promoting   Human Rights services available to a diverse range of Mi’kmaq/Indigenous communities across the province. You will also work with the Race Relations, Equity and Inclusion (RREI) Team to provide education to the general public, as it relates to the Nova Scotia Human Rights Act.

Reporting to the Director Race Relations, Equity and Inclusion (RREI), the Project & Administrative Coordinator provides independent project coordination and administrative support for all aspects of RREI work, support research efforts of RREI and provides various aspects of project and program support as assigned. The incumbent will also provide minimal administrative support to the Communications Advisor related to advancing public education, engagement, and awareness initiatives.
